Only thing you will lose is your own lean muscle tissue as your body eats that to survive and then you will feel very ill, I have tried all the diets over past 30 years and they dont work and now type 2 diabetic I have to stick to healthy eating and exercise and without trying I have lost 28lbs over a few months, your body is like a car, it needs fule to survive and burn up calories, Good Luck

No. Your metabolism will slow way down, making it even harder to lose weight. Your blood sugar will drop too low, making you feel lethargic and possibly making you pass out. Jason is right - crash dieting is the worst thing you could do.

Would depend on how much you burn. Eating 100 calories a day is foolish and unhealthy.

No, you'll be surprised at how little you lose by starving. Please, you'll be too fatigued get out of bed. There's no need to experiment with your body. No one loses by some extreme method. It's all been tried before. Anecdotal reports abound on the subject.

Drinking a lot of water under those circumstances will lower your metabolism even more.
