yes. eggs can be left unattended for up to two weeks and still be viable if they haven't gotten very hot or frozen. if you've found an abandoned nest or an intact egg out of the nest you could try hatching it with a standard incubator.

Yes but only if the conditions are right. My local library used to hatch chicks in incubators

its unlikey.... the egg needs to be warm and without the mother it will die
