s=2pir*(26/360)
s=2pir*13/180
s=260pi/180
s=13pi/90
s=0.5m

s = rθ, where θ is in RADIANS
 = 10·26(π/180)
 ≅ 0.45
 = 4.5 m

Should come out AROUND five meters.

And you know that the circle encompasses 360 degrees, right?
