Pb(NO₃)₂ completely dissociates in water to give Pb²⁺ and NO₃⁻ ions, while NaBr completely dissociates in water to give Na⁺ and Br⁻.

When mixing the ions, PbBr₂ is insoluble in water, while NaNO₃ is soluble.
Thus, PbBr₂ precipitate is formed.

The net ionic equation is : Pb²⁺(aq) + 2Br⁻(aq) → PbBr₂(s)

lead bromide. All nitrates are soluble, so it can't be sodium nitrate.
