Visuospatial Sketchpad?

Now I don't expect to get many answers to this question because the "Visuospatial Sketchpad" would be considered very in-depth Psychology and I don't believe many people would have heard of it.
The Visuospatial Sketchpad seems to me to be the mind's ability to mentally picture 2-D and 3-D spaces and shapes, if there is anybody reading this question who is familiar with the concept, would you know of any literature out there that suggests ways to improve it, or do you believe that the Visuospatial Sketchpad can be improved at all? Thanks.

I don't expect you will get many answers either.

Perhaps if you put it in the proper category you might.

A visuospatial sketchpad is a term applied to the concept you describe.

One is born with their visuospatial sense, it isn't learned.

Practice will make you faster at doing as much as you can do.
