3CH₄ + 2H₂O + CO₂ → 4CO + 8H₂

The rate of disappearance of CO₂ = 7.4 M/s
The rate of disappearance of CH₄ = (7.4 M/s) × 3 = 22.2 M/s
The rate of disappearance of H₂O = (7.4 M/s) × 2 = 14.8 M/s
The rate of appearance of CO = (7.4 M/s) × 4 = 29.6 M/s
The rate of appearance of H₂ = (7.4 M/s) × 8 = 59.2 M/s

Since the coefficient of carvon dioxide is 1, multiply 7.4 moles/sec by respective coefficients.
