What do i do about witcher 3 blood and wine? Will it work properly?

expansion for witcher 3 the wild hunt on ps4. It was 2 dollars off if i pre-ordered. Now it has a time counter on the store page for it saying when its playable. But it also says its installed on my download section so im not sure whats going on. And all the trailers say its releasing the 31st but its saying ill be able to play it today. I don't wanna regret my purchase because i have never pre-ordered digitally before so does anyone know if I'll be ok?

Okay, but its saying 4 pm pacific time for me and it says it'll be playable then. Do I just not need to worry about psn not letting me have it or whatever?

It unlocks at something like midnight on the 31st, which can be late on the 30th depending on your time zone.
EDIT 4PM Pacific is about midnight in the UK so that must be the time zone they're basing the unlock on. When it unlocks, play it.
