Can constipation cause pressure on vaginal area?

I'm not sure if I'm constipated or full of gas. I pooped today but I don't remember the last time before that. Anyways my lower stomach hurts right now as if I was constipated. Not to be weird but I also have vaginal pain. I was just wondering if being constipated could put pressure on the vaginal area. If not what could this be. I have never had sex and I'm not on my period at the moment. At the moment I feel nauseous, my stomach hurts, my chest hurts, and I'm just scared. Also don't know if some of this is caused by my anxiety like the chest pain.
