Can constipation cause vaginal pain?

I'm not sure if I'm constipated. I pooped today but I don't remember the last time before that. Anyways my lower stomach hurts right now as if I was constipated. Not to be weird but I also have vaginal pain. I was just wondering if being constipated could put pressure on the vaginal area. If not what could this be

I also am not on my period and I've never had sex, just to add to my question

Have you had sex within the last few weeks? Have you had your period recently? You could be having an ectopic pregnancy which is fatal.
