How can I motivate myself to go to sleep earlier?

Because I don't have to wake up early I go to bed at 3am to 4am and wake up at 11am to 12pm every day. How can I change this bad sleeping habit?

Go to bed 15 minutes earlier each night until you are going to bed at the desired time.

have a sleeping pill and some coffee at 11 and watch tv until 12:00 or 12:30 then go to sleep

you must teach yourself to sleep early, in 7 or 8 pm you will one glass of milk,every going to bed.
Don't drink alot of coffee in the night

Wake up at 5-6 am for a week no matter what even if you have to sleep very little. Do not sleep in the day. Your body clock gets reset and you should be asleep by 10pm and waking up at 5am.

you have to take naps throughout the day so that you stay awake till 6 pm.

then instead of sleeping at 3 am you wake up at 3 am
