我上個星期make 了一個appointment，現在想取消個appointment。在英文文法上，cancel 個appointment那一刻是不是工作人員劃去紀錄那一刻。

It depends on the person:-
eg:-Say that something already arranged or decided upon will not be done--To cancel your appointment.-The clerk cancelled your order for the appointment (at xxam or xxxpm on the Date).
