I have hypothyroidism a symptom is hypoglycemia have had for 10 years don't take medicine or have problems can I still join the navy?

Since you are symptomatic no you cannot. Only stable on meds is allowed
No. Only hypothyroidism that is CONTROLLED meets military standards. With hypoglycemia, your hypothyroidism is not controlled.
The military does allow hypothyroidism if it is controlled with medication. If you really want to join the military, you need to talk to your doctor about Synthroid or similar medications.
