You can certainly still apply to your local community college for the fall semester. Many of them will accept applications right until classes start. Otherwise you can apply to schools with late deadlines:

But you've already lost a lot of time, so get started.

If the college had an application deadline, they are not going to consider you at this point unless they are desperate to meet their quota. So try smaller non-famous state schools and local private universities. Also, 'college', not 'collage'.

If you miss the application deadline, you won't get a place.
