Today, I was zipping up my backpack and the zipper got stuck and i accidentally punched myself in the boob. So my guy friend (crush) had said that it must not have hurt that bad because i have small boobs...LIKE WTF...

It could be that he was joking and trying to get your attention. Guys that age (myself included) say stupid things, and are still figuring out what works. Think about it this way: he NOTICED your boobs.

It is impossible to know of course, but my first thought was also the same as the "best answer", that he thinks you are delicious, and doesn't really know what to do about it ;o)

It means that you boobs are small. It also means that he sometimes looks at your boobs and says to himself: "Those are some small boobs".Which means that he have some kind of interest in them. gl (good luck)
