There is a job offering in NYC for home health aide which is LIVE IN.

I currently live in Ohio. I am dealing with a very toxic family and they have held me back from everything in life. I am tired and they bring me down every chance they have.

I currently have nothing. I just got a home health aide certificate and is looking for placement. I also need an escape from my family. I will be a live in and will be able to save money because i live with the clinet while taking care of them.

My whole family tell me i will fail at life... And Im tried of it.

I have $300 and will be jumping on the bus in two weeks to NYC. I have about two nights worth of hotel care.

Will i make it?

Make absolutely sure that it's a real job, and not some scam. For instance, you should not have to pay any money of your own. It should be a job that you heard about through a legitimate placement service, and not something you received via the Internet without asking for it.

First -- make certain it is a real job, not something you found on Craigslist, for example, which may or may not be legit. If it's legit, then go for it.

So long as the job is legit, GO FOR IT! I know several home health aides--valuable and needed work

Yes you will, believe in yourself. If your family is telling you that you will fail dissatach them from you, you are great and you will succeed, try and think of them as little as possible, move forward leave them in your dust
