0.200N NaOH is titrated against 0.100N HCl. Calculate the pH at the equivalence point. How do you do this with steps? Thank you?
回答 (1)
NaOH + HCl → NaCl + H₂O
At the equivalence point, both of NaOH and HCl completely react, and only NaCl is left in the final solution. As both of Na⁺ and Cl⁻ ions do not undergo hydrolysis in aqueous solution, NaCl forms a NEUTRAL.
Therefore, pH of the solution at the equivalence point = 7.00
