Molar mass of Na₂CO₃ = (22.99×2 + 12.01 + 16.00×3) g/mol = 105.99 g/mol
No. of moles of Na₂CO₃ used = (100 g) / (105.99 g/mol) = 0.943 mol

Na₂CO₃ + 2HCl → 2NaCl + CO₂ + H₂O
Mole ratio Na₂CO₃ : NaCl = 1 : 2
No. of moles of NaCl formed = (0.943 mol) × 2 = 1.89 mol

Molar mass of NaCl = (22.99 + 35.45) g/mol = 58.44 g/mol
Mass of NaCl formed = (58.44 g/mol) × (1.89 mol) = 110 g
