Is it possible to only have sex once with a person you lust over?

So basically he's married and I'm not and we're very close friends. I have this burning desire to have sex with him. I think about it, dream about it and when he's around me the energy is so strong. He loves my personality and has called me beautiful numerous times but only as friends. So I know he finds me attractive. I want so badly to feel his body against mine like my feeling are out of control. I feel like if I have sex with him at least once. It will get of this crazy desire and we can go back to just being friends. Is that even possible. I only want it once, I need it. I'm obsessed with him.
