Why do women receive easier and more intricate social lives than men?

Women tend to work harder at making relationships, and maintaining them. Men and women make friendships for somewhat different reasons. But don't think it's "easier" for women.

People with active social lives don't receive them, they make them.

Men are too busy building things and keeping the world running to have intricate social lives.
Women don't have the intellect to invent or discover, so they spend their days bitching about each other.

How does one receive an easier social life? Now that is a new one. I think women worker harder to maintain their social networks - it's not easier at all.

Because women are nicer to look at than men. They're more cute so more people want to hang out with them.
