How to loose fat?
Ok so in December I decided I wanted to get shredded for this summer and I lost a stone and put on some muscle. At the moment I am looking quite lean but what I want to know is how do I lower my body fat percentage down to shredded state. I am 17 and I wanna loose body fat and keep my muscle I already have. I have 50 days to do this.
What kind of training?
How many times a week?
Diet plan?
