Child support advice!!?

Hello I live in new York state. I just have a few questions/concerns about this. Now my son is 10 months. He was there when I gave birth but never signed birth certificate. He is aware that he is the father never denied m son once. Now he moved in with a friend and I don't have his ss#. Also the driver license address is an old one. Is there any way I can get his current address???? I also don't know where he works. I need to start this child suppoft thing gowing because it's not fair to me or my son. I just need to know where I can start to get him served papers

Provide what information you can to the child support agency, include last known address and last known employer. They can track him down.

This guy is not your child's father as far as the law is concerned. If you were not married to him, you need to establish paternity before you can file for child support. This is done through a DNA test. Go to court and petition for that to happen.

You are going to have to either find out where he is, etc. on your own or hire a private investigator to find out. for you.

Thanks. I tried that and they weren't able either to track him.
