Do you think my mother and father over reacted?

So I was in the hospital for a few days and while I was in there my mother had went through my Facebook messages and saw that me and a 23 year old were talking about sex and different things. She took my phone and made me delete my Facebook. Not to mention called children services to look into this 23 year old and make sure that he is who he says he is. In case you are wondering I'm 16 I will be 17 in December.

Well you're talking about sex to a 23 year old on Facebook. Do you know him outside of Facebook? If not well--where's your common sense? If you do, well, what is his traits? Is he pressuring you or would try to do something without your permission? Although your mum had exploited your privacy--I think you should thank her because she protecting you.

Good for mom. I won't be surprised if your 23 year old is fifty-four and living in his mother's basement.
