Unlikely Cote de Pablo mentioned in an interview last week that she felt the writers didn't respect Ziva, used her as a prop(she's kinda right, they broke Ziva's character, had her do things, break-down in ways a former Mossad-killer doesn't break, it's literally impossible), and that she'd only comeback for a quality story for Ziva.

Probably not. I wish that they would have brought her back.

Once can only hope. He has hinted for a guest appearance at some point. She hasn't sounded like she would do it, though.
