I need help to stop procrastinating?

i made a deal with my dad to get my grades up and i really don't want to let him down. I have a project for environmental science class and i had to start over like 5 times. It was due today, and it's a test grade, and i told the teacher i conveniently left it at home. Someone else did the same thing as i did, and now i'm super concerned cuz i don't wanna be a copier my life is a mess.
