Do you think Marijuana should be legalized fully? Why or why not?

My opinion, yes I think it should because it is a huge stress relief, it kills cancer cells, and it gets your mind off of things and relaxes you. The relaxing part I guess could follow under the stress relief. But not only that, it isn't really a drug, it's a plant. You don't make it, you grow it. It's nature.

yes.
1) it's super easy to get already.
2) we could create more revenue for America instead of giving it to the cartel
3) people wouldn't have to deal with dealers to get their weed, so there's less chance of your kid falling into the wrong crowd.
4) I wouldn't have to worry about getting caught! lol

Definitely. The best, simplest argument is that marijuana laws clearly do more damage than the marijuana itself. More and more Americans are coming to believe it never should have been made illegal in the first place.

Yes so we can stop calling it a medicine. I wouldn't smoke it either way but maybe if we stoped sending people to jail over a plant people would have more respect for the law.

Yes. Why? It's like asking why we should keep energy drinks legal.

The situation is, it should be so because it has no reason not to be.

Yeah, I don't think plants that grow in nature should be against the law. That makes no sense to me.

Yes. We need to intoxicate the American worker so Putin can win!

Definitely. You can tax the revenue from sales. would reduce market price due to increase in supply. Not doing harm

I don't care.

I personally don't see the effort of having to spend time and effort to help legalize some drug just so stoners can feel happy about themselves.

I do support it for medical reasons, I think if you need something that can help beat your medical problem, you should be allowed to take whatever you want, regardless of what the law says.

Yes like with Prohibition is a waste of money trying to legislate morality.
2016-05-18 4:33 am
That is just the first step in the left wing radical plan of legalizing all drugs.

No, not really.

It's legal in my state, but unlike beer, marijuana can be inhaled 2nd-hand.

I don't think that is fair to people who have jobs that prohibit it.

It makes me feel like I'm being jeopardized.

I was at a stoplight with my car vent going... and there was this shiny Chrysler 300 with R&B blaring, with so much weed emitting from it that it made ME dizzy just being next to it.

I don't like that.
