You should not do squats every day for significant improvement.

You should not squat more than twice a week if you are working heavy and, if you are working heavy (following a good warm up) you should do no more than three sets of five reps or less with the final set being a rest-pause set taken to failure.

Go heavy or go home.

Improvement of what? Muscle size? Weight you can lift? How many you can do?
