Do i use normal milk or powdered milk for the chocolate mug cake. How do not make the mug cake dry from the inside.

you can use powdered milk and the proper amount of water, soda, beer, etc.I don't quite bake mine as long to prevent that over cooking problem. 1 cup mix, 2 tablespoons liquid, 3 minutes on high! the cake mix is one box chocolate cake mix and one box angel food cake mix.
I cut the time to 2 minutes, cut the power to level 5 or medium! Works much better.
