Scientifically evidence that disproves the Holy Spirit?

Science can't disprove the Father, nor the Son, nor the Holy Spirit. God is a spiritual being and can't be seen. The Son could after He became of flesh and blood.

You first need to differentiate between the "Holy Spirit" as a centuries-old Christian theological concept and the "Holy Spirit" that a handful of relatively new minority denominations claim is inspiring their actions. Those aren't necessarily the same thing.
