UK Muslims complaints SHUT OFF Christian church bells for good. What should we do?

Show these articles? I'm British, I'm a Muslim, church bells have never bothered me. I have have never ever even contemplated such a complaint. I know many non Muslims who complained about it, why are you not including them?
I'm not out to silence anyones religious traditions or practices.

What should you do about these non Muslim Brits who complain? Write a question on yahoo blaming all non Muslims in Britain perhaps?

I can't say i blame them. I lived next to one for 15 years and every hour after 8am was badly written bell music for 15 minutes. If you were trying to nap you had to plan around it. Read in peace and quiet? Not if that hour mark hit. Have a phone conversation? Not if it's one minute to 5.
Worship whoever you want just do it quietly in whatever place you choose.

You question is spurious, and very clearly sectarian. Any noise nuisance can be complained about and if "church bell" ringing is a nuisance to the people who live close by then of course they can make a complaint, in exactly the same way as "calling to prayer" can be complained about...thing is there is little church bell ringing purely as there are few church bell ringers now,or they have not passed H&S as the structure in not in safe order to ring the bells( mainly the reason) so most churches have especially in towns/cities use recorded bell sounds... generally now only heard in village churches anyway if their structure passes H&S..

That's been the law for years and it has nothing to do with Muslims. If the bells annoy people, it could be considered a public nuisance and the church could be ordered to stop ringing them.
