(1)
The quadratic polynomial
= (x + 5)(x - 10)
= x² - 5x - 50

(2)
The quadratic polynomial
= (x - 1)(x - 10)
= x² - 11x + 10

(3)
The quadratic polynomial
= (x - 10)²
= x² - 20x + 100

If the quadratic polynomial has zero at - 5, you can factorize: (x + 5)

If the quadratic polynomial has zero at 10, you can factorize: (x - 10)

...and it gives us:

= (x + 5).(x - 10)

= x² - 10x + 5x - 50

= x² - 5x - 50

If the quadratic polynomial has zero at 1, you can factorize: (x - 1)

If the quadratic polynomial has zero at 10, you can factorize: (x - 10)

...and it gives us:

= (x - 1).(x - 10)

= x² - 10x - x + 10

= x² - 11x - 18

If the quadratic polynomial has double root at 10, you can factorize: (x - 10).(x - 10)

...and it gives us:

= (x - 10).(x - 10)

= (x - 10)²

= x² - 20x + 100
