All the errors in the paper needed to be found. (過去式,但還是主動)
All the errors in the paper need to be found. (還是主動)

註釋:
1. need 在原句裡是對"you"的要求.而不是對"error"的要求.
2. 所以,"need"在句子改成被動以後不應該再照原句依樣使用.

=論文裡的錯誤統統得找出來。（這是將不定詞to find由主動改成了被動的to be found）

To find all the errors in the paper is needed.
＝It is needed to find all the errors in the paper.（用虛主詞才不會讓句子頭重腳輕，不定詞片語成為delayed subject）
如果是針對原來的主要動詞need來改成被動態，應改成上面這樣。因為原句的受詞是「不定詞片語」：to find all the errors in the paper
即：找出論文裡的錯誤是有必要的。
