Are your nosebleeds anything like this?

My nose has bleed several drops I think near everyday for a decade ( i should say night as i notice most of the blood after I wake up). ENT said its whatever and not a problem. It got worse yesterday so i started freaking out and looking around. Right in the center of the nose on one side right past the opening where the nostrils taper off there is like 4 tiny spots where it looks like tiny drips of blood is just oozing out the skin over time.

Is this the normal for people who experience nosebleeds? The blood just kinda seeps thru the skin on the inside of the nose with no apparent trauma? I seen in the hospital kids get much worse than me, but i didnt even have this issue as a kid and mine isnt bleeding like a pint a day, but theirs isnt drip bleeding everyday for a decade.
