For health? Absolutely! It's mostly due to the fact that you're keeping your body and mind active. Now if you over train and pass your limits then it can affect you. When it comes to the physical aspect then it's varied. IF you use strictly good from on your exercises then you reduce the risk of potential injury that could become permanent.
