請問一下 美國的DV樂透綠卡抽籤 資格問題 我看 dv2017 instructions 提到 要高中畢業 / 需要5年內有2年工作經驗 請問一下 這兩者是都要符合嗎? 還是其中一項就可以了? 因為我目前只有高中畢業 沒工作過.. 題外話 DV2018會繼續嗎?

Either one is fine.

For DV-2018, the education/experience requirement will be the same. The only thing that will be changed is the list of the eligible countries.
