can you get tooth extraction while having a sore throat?

I have a tooth extraction appointment today at 8:00 AM but all of the sudden yesterday, I've began sneezing and my throat feels weird. I think im coming down with strip throat. Will this affect anything after i get my tooth extracted? I don't want to be sneezing while trying to heal the extraction site. Im afraid it might mess something up or cause me to be in alot of pain. Should i just reschedule?? Thanks in advance

it is strep throat not strip, and strep throat does not cause sneezing so what you most likely have is a common cold. yes they can still extract your tooth when you have a cold, and most offices would have expected 24 hours notice before cancellation. if you cancel your appointment for today you may get billed for it.
