Why does Yahoo Answers allow so many racists to keep their accounts?
In Yahoo's own rules it states:
You agree to not use the Yahoo Services to:
a. upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available any Content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically, or otherwise objectionable;
and yet there's racists pumping out their vile rants only vaguely disguised as questions week after week after week.
Does anyone know why Yahoo doesn't kick and ban these people? Is it because Yahoo staff is scarce these days and simply doesn't care any more?

I think maybe Yahoo is going down the drain as a business - and nobody's watching the store. There's plenty of "questions" where "Ni***r" is spelled out, and they aren't deleted no matter whether you report them or not.
U can't get rid f racism, it will always be there, I'm sure they can do a better job of kicking them out, but they can always make new accounts.
Maybe not enough users [who act as moderators] report those questions.
Only if an appeal is launched, does an actual "live" human being become involved.
Some are said to have multiple accounts.
If they dislike the answer they are quick to snitch. Answer is automatically deleted. Only if the appeal button is operational, can it be resurrected.
Yahoo used to suspend accounts. But since the changeover from green to purple format more vile diatribe is appearing masquerading as questions. In some cases the questioner has answered own question. And been busted in the comments, by someone in their own network, who can identify the asker even if posing as "anon", or taking refuge behind "private activity".
Someone said there is a limit on the number of questions that can be reported. Once exhausted, that's it.
Whilst the asker just reposts.
Seeing it as futile, they leave well alone.
And knowing the risks of answering, the usual bunch of dead heads collaborate. The problem flourishes.
Yahoo itself is a very liberal biased organization. (check the posted news stories and you will see that they are slanted towards liberal views) Add the fact that most of the really racist and derogatory questions (and answers) are posted by "Anonymous". Yahoo can in fact find them, but they could care less. Right now, they are waiting until they get bought out and then they will probably drop this forum like a hot potato.
