當年面試失敗後你（考官）親自打來的一個電話，令我覺得有很大的支持同鼓勵，希望今天的我，不會令你失望
我譯：
Thank you for giving me a phone review last year after the interview with you. You virtually gave me the support and encouragement. I am so determined to pursue my pilot career and I would not disappoint you this time

按照你原稿的寫法，只是修正你用詞和文法的一些錯處(大寫表示)，以保持你的意思：
Thank you THAT YOU HAD GIVEN me a phone CALL last year after the interview with you. You gave me the support and encouragement. I am so determined to pursue my pilot career and I WILL not disappoint you this time.
由於你的"錯處"(例如：表達過去的記述跟現在講述的用詞/時態，virtually不能這樣寫法，I would是不確定而希望去做的事)等都不是三言兩語可解釋你明白的，正如你自知你的英語水平仍有待改進。
