I sometime doubt that we humans will ever fully understand that.

one theory is that he is self-created. but if there is a God of Jesus and Jesus is God and we are invited to become gods. than one becomes a God by being ordained and chosen, but proven faithful by a God. see Rev 3:21 and 21:7 kjv.

When God was a young boy, he embarked on a mystic quest to find the ancient scrolls. He set sail across the ocean and landed in India. From there he traveled to Tibet and climbed into the mountains. On the Tibetan steppe he learned all he could from the elders before journeying into the frigid wilderness.

There he encountered the Yeti, not the mindless beasts of ancient fables, he found the yeti to be a peaceful and highly intelligent race. The Yeti guided him to an enormous cave of ice, deep within the roots of Mount Everest. Within this gargantuan cavern there was a vast lake. The waters glowed blue with mystic energies. He rowed a coracle to an island in the middle of this underground lake. And on that island, he saw a small temple.

Before that moment, that temple had been unseen by human eyes for ten thousand years. Within that temple, sitting on a pedestal, untouched for ages, there was the Scion of Atlantis. This artifact was made eons ago by the Atlanteans on their home planet.

The Atlanteans possessed the most advanced technology in the universe. For billions of years countless raced had fought intergalacted to wars to gain possession of this small device. Those learned in ancient lore know the Scion of Atlantis will bestow infinite powers on he who possesses it.
