Should I go to the Emergency room tomorrow or Wait until my original appointment next week Wednesday ?

I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I've been having pain in my lower right abdomen for months and it's very uncomfortable. After doing my research I discovered that it can be Appendicitis which is severe during pregnancy.

Appendicitis would gradually get worse. Or even very quickly get worse. And "gradually" would be over the course of a few days, not months. Not to mention, appendicitis is "severe" no matter when it happens, not just during pregnancy.
