I Need help :(?

so im a 23 yr old, which means i should be able to take care of things without someone yelling at me. I struggle with procrastination, and postpone my responsibilities. cleaning my room car, ect.. (im learning to pick up after myself). why do i act like a child? its something i need to overcome.. how do i start acting and thinking like an adult?
