Clearly your mum is jealous of your better grades and more friends, maybe you should help tutor her so she will get better grades! And c'mon invite her out with your friends and Im sure your mum will get over that lame step brother!

Sometimes it just seems like a parent loves another child more - mostly because you have to spend so much time on the difficult kid. You get great grades, you have friends - she trusts and knows you make good decisions. She'd likely be devastated to hear that you aren't feeling as loved.

she doesnt love him more, an it doesn matter ause in the long run, since u smart an educated u'll be better off, an self reliant, an that may be it, she's not as educated an is jealous of u an yo half brother relates more to her cause he off a lil bit
