Help please...?

Maybe you're giddy? talk with your doctor if you feel you are experiencing some sort of problems.

You would have to see a doctor who will spend the better part of hours asking detailed questions about your symptoms. "mood swings" can be a sign of hormonal issues (including adolescence, PMS, pregnancy, menopause, etc), personality, personality disorder, thyroid problems, diabetes, diet, Bipolar, pregnancy, stress, depression, anxiety, and more. Based on your description, you have...... mood swings. If it is affecting your ability to function then go see your doctor so he can ask you lots of questions and run lots of medical tests.....

considering the fact that in a previous question you stated that you had been taking both Zyprexa (an anti psychotic) and sertraline (an anti depressant) for 4 years I'm guessing that you have already been to a doctor but since you also stated that you were stopping all your medication without consulting your doctor, I'm guessing that you didn't like their diagnosis so are turning to completely untrained strangers on the internet looking for a diagnosis that you like better. Diagnosed with Bipolar were you?

Depends on your age and life. For instance if you are a teenager, hormones can cause this behaviour, or if you have a stressful life then this can also cause this.

From what you have described, it sounds like you are bipolar. Bipolar disorder is where you can go from being really happy to feeling sad, depressed and even in severe cases suicidal.

I think it would be best to visit your GP/doctor to get a diagnosis and help (in the form of therapy and/or drugs).
