Keeping Hours. i.e. bed by 9 up by 5.
Darken the Windows (I used Aluminum Foil)
A small Fan (for cool air and a humming noise to cover ambient sounds).
Meals not less than Four hours before bed time.
Reading unexciting books or Watching unexciting TV prior to bed.
Some say No reading or eating in bed, To associate it only with sleeping. (I never had that problem).
Exercise before bed may excite the mind, not dull it for sleep.
I found that Youtube "Radio Mysteries" made for a nice boring easy to fall asleep medium.
