Best brand of longer-lasting hair dye?

My mom won't let me use permanent, so i have to settle for semi-permanent. I want it to be the color without fading too much for as long as possible... I want a dark blue color... I shower every other day, and will shower with cold water, I just don't know how to keep it for as long as possible. (I've never done a dark blue before). So what's the best brand to keep color?

i know people say some bad things about manic panic but every time i've dyed my hair i've used it and it stayed for over a month and a half maybe even two months
if you bleach your hair and then use virgin snow by panic manic it will make you hair white then wait a day and do the color you desire for a more vibrant color
