Molar mass of CO = 12 + 16 = 28 g/mol
No. of moles of 25 kg of CO = 25000/28 mol

2CO(g) + O₂(g) → 2CO₂(g) ... ΔH° = -566 kJ
The ΔH° for complete combustion of 2 moles of CO = -566 kJ
The ΔH° for complete combustion of 1 mol of CO = -566/2 = -283 kJ

The ΔH° for complete combustion of 25 kg of CO
= -283 × (25000/28) kJ
= -253000 kJ
= -253 MJ
