How many scoops (in teaspoons) of instant coffee would it take to get that hype/rush?

I've been wanting to feel that coffee rush, but my regular coffee consists only of about 1 teaspoon of ground coffee or whatever, and I don't drink it that often, but when I do, I usually have 1 cup of coffee w/ creamer.

Try 4. Its going to taste bitter so you will need to add sugar to your creamer
