What are the effects of parents arguing constantly but not getting a divorce?

Misery

Stress. A lot of it.

IT hurt the children
but divorce is worst
WHY ? Because they will be expose to all kind of strangers [ a new step dad a new step mom ] and sometimes by the age of 18 they had known 3/ 4 step parents

The stress and anger transfers to the child. As a person who came from parents who didn't get along, I know the pain it causes. Seeing two people you care about most in this world fight and hurt each other is hard to deal with as an adult but it can destroy a child. Not only that, but the child may grow up to be in relationships that are unhappy and toxic and stay in them because they feel that it is normal. I am glad that my parents divorced. I would rather have happy, separated parents than ones who are together but always miserable.
