YuGiOh question: Can Heroic Champion Gandiva's effect be used during my opponent's turn, despite the card text?

It is a Triggered Effect so can activate in either player's turn, just it can only activate once in any single turn.
In fact I'd say 99% of the time you'd be using it in the opponent's turn anyway since that's when most opponents do their summoning.
