Can I catch gential warts from anything other than sexual contact with someone?

I'm female and my female housemate has genital warts. She is just a friend, there never has and never will be any sexual contact, I was just wondering if it was possible to catch gential warts any other way, such as sharing soaps, sitting on the same toilet seat, sharing lipsticks, drinking from the same drink, etc?
