Generally no.
Its upto the artist themselves to pay you anything.
There is no def set period, its upto you to learn.
when you finally start to tattoo, you either just get paid tips or have to charge a very low amount, not gonna lie its a difficult period for many new artists but stick with it and you could end up earning thousands per week
